Keep an eye out in the upcoming issue of HCE for a review of this new collection from feminist poet Sarer Scotthorne. Adam Steiner explores his response to this pamphlet, described by Scotthorne as a poetic interrogation of the psycho-sexual. Steiner’s piece is also accompanied by a sneak-preview of eponymous poem, ‘The Blood House’, in full.
The Blood House is available to buy now from Hesterglock Press.
Sarer Scotthorne is a feminist, poet and martial artist who plays with film and teaches Kung Fu and Creative Writing. She co-edits the poetry/flash fiction pamphlet Boscombe Revolution and Westside HERstory. Find out more about Sarer and her work: https://thebloodhouse.wordpress.com.
